Lemon Herb Grilled Fish

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound white fish fillets (such as halibut or sea bass)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, or parsley), chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.

  3. Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for about 20-30 minutes.

  4. Grease the grill grates with oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking.

  5. Place the fish fillets on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
