Lemon Herb Grilled Fish
Ingredients:
1 pound white fish fillets (such as halibut or sea bass)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, or parsley), chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for about 20-30 minutes.
Grease the grill grates with oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Place the fish fillets on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serve hot with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and garnish with additional fresh herbs if desired.
